EIPA has its own, in-house laboratory to come up with new and improved welding alloys and for constant monitoring of current products.
The close proximity to production creates a feedback loop, which can react immediately and effectively if product quality deviates from the specified levels. Every individual EIPA plate, whether in standard or special format, is now individually logged at EIPA for constant monitoring of the welding alloys. These welding records document not just the data on the carrier material and the alloy quality selected, but also all parameters in the welding process. The sequential numbering of the records means that the production of every EIPA plate can be traced back. All information about the production process is stored in a database for further evaluation and for quick tracing.
The seamless production documentation is supplemented by constant quality checks on test samples. These are taken at different random points at every batch and product change, then qualitatively evaluated.
Quality certificates such as 2.2 or 3.1 can be supplied by EIPA on request for an extra charge.
Our staff are further qualified by regular training courses and further training, which also increases product assurance.
